What Are Fun Lunches?

Fun Lunches are a treasured tradition at Webber Academy for students, teachers and parents.  The last Friday of the month that is a school day is a special day in which students from Junior Kindergarten through Grade 9 can enjoy a special pre-ordered, tasty and healthy meal.  Fun Lunches are always "dress down" days, meaning that the students may wear non-uniform clothing.  Fun Lunches often have a theme attached to them, such as Crazy Hair/Crazy Hat Day, Sports Day or Beach Day, just to name a few. The children have a wonderful time, parents may come to volunteer and enjoy the light-hearted environment, and the PAC earns a profit from the lunches that is used to fund PAC initiatives.

Reminders

• Cafeteria is closed to regular service on Fun Lunch days.
• Late orders cannot be accepted as we must pre-order the food.
• Special requests apart from the options listed cannot be honoured given the volume of orders we process.
• We apologize for any inconveniences and sincerely thank you for supporting the PAC.

Online Payment Option for Fun Lunches

PAC is pleased to offer a monthly Fun Lunch online ordering option using PayPal.  As outlined in the start of year Fun Lunch package, monthly meal prices are $0.50 more than the one-time pre-payment option to cover the costs of PayPal's transaction fees.  We hope you understand the need for this price difference.

Please order by your child's Division (Kindercentre, Division 1, Division 2, Junior High).  There are FOUR actionable items in your payment portal.  If you don't carefully choose your options, your order may not reflect your choices.  Please use ALL THREE drop-down menus in your payment portal (homeroom, meal choice, drink choice), and FILL OUT your child's name in the text box.  Thank you!
