Parental Questionnaire:
  • Along with an application form a completed parental questionnaire is required for all applicants
  • Parental questionniare  for applicants to Junior and Senior Kindergarten
  • Parental questionnaire  for applicants to grades 1 to 12
Application Fee Payment Options:
Credit Card

Webber Academy has partnered with Plastiq for all credit card payments.  Simply go to the following: https://webberacademyfoundation.plastiq.com/.  Once in Plastiq, you will need to create an account.  Once your account has been created choose “Application Fee” from the drop-down list and complete the other information as required. Please note that Plastiq charges 2.5% for all credit card transactions.

 

E-Transfer

You may e-transfer funds to jdias@webberacademy.ca . Please note your child(ren)’s name in the memo section.

 

Cheque or Cash

You may drop off cash or a cheque at the front office.  You may also mail a cheque to the school at the following address:

Wire Transfers

Online Banking

You can also set up Webber Academy as a “payee” in the online bill payment section with your financial institution.  Please contact Janette Dias at jdias@webberacademy.ca  for an account number.
